Licensing Program Overview.

LEICA Geosystems is the maker of IMAGINE, a mapping and visualization tool that combines different layers of geographic data with imagery.  IMAGINE provides tools for geocorrection, image analysis, visualization and map output.

On March 1st, 1998, the University started a Level 3 Higher Educational Annual Kit (KEAK) licensing program, raised to level 4 in 2002.

On April 2004, we also added the Leica Photogrammetry Suite (LPS) to our licensing program.

Free Training Overview.

Our HEAK Licensing program includes a yearly total of 10 days of free training at LEICA three training facilities (Denver, Atlanta, DC).  The 10 days of training renews annually with our contract.  Training in excess of the yearly 10 day allotment is permitted with a 50% discount.
